Astrological Charts & Reports

Chart and report service orders are not refundable and take between 24-72 (usually closer to 24) hours to deliver. However, if an error is made in entering the birth data and/or chart specifications, Blossoming Lotus Astrology will correct the error at no further charge to you. Name, date of birth, time and place of birth are required for basic chart and report services. If no time is given 12:00 pm (noon) will be used. If this is not your correct birth time a new chart will need to be calculated. If you make an error in relaying the birth data and/or chart specifications to Blossoming Lotus Astrology, you will be charged for a recasting of the chart calculations or reports. Replacement charts and recorded Zoom readings are not provided beyond 30 days. If an additional chart is needed, it will need to be requested by email.

You assume the responsibility for the selection of the chart calculations or reports. Please read the website descriptions carefully. All calculations and/or interpretations are provided in connection with the service selected and provided.

Refunds for readings will only be provided if Blossoming Lotus Astrology fails to keep the arranged appointment. Blossoming Lotus Astrology will always offer the most clear information available to you during an session. Blossoming Lotus Astrology seeks to provide for your full satisfaction with any service and welcomes feedback and referrals, however refunds will not be available because you did do not like the content shared with you.

If a current place of residence or designated place is not indicated in forecast reports or solar return reports, the natal birth location will be used. Relocating for a solar return to enhance prospects is not a practice that is followed. If time of birth is not known or indicated, 12:00 pm (noon) will be used. If this information is not accurate, you will need to request a new chart and provide all needed information.

Blossoming Lotus Astrology assumes no liability for any decisions made based on output from it’s classes, offerings, chart report services or chart services. In no event will Blossoming Lotus Astrology be liable to you or any party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the information provided to you in one of our paid or free services.

Synastry and Composite Charts:

In order to use another person's birth information (anyone over 18 years of age), you must have expressed permission in writing together with their full birth data (said document may be uploaded in the intake form for each synastry or composite chart session booked. Blossoming Lotus Astrology will not use another person's information without consent. For person's under 18 and in your guardianship, charts can be created.


Important Notes Regarding Email Compatibility:

Emailed reports come in an attractive and printable PDF format. In order to read the reports, you will need the Adobe Reader (aka Acrobat Reader) version 4 or better. This is a free program available at the Adobe website and it is already installed on most computers. Each email takes approximately 250K worth of data in your inbox.

As soon as your payment (PayPal or credit card) is authorized, your report will be worked, and delivered within 72 hours. After emailing, depending on the speed of your email server it should take somewhere from 5 minutes to 72 hours to receive your report. If you don't receive it, please first check your spam mail folder if you have one. If it's not there send Blossoming Lotus Astrology an email and report that you didn't receive your reports. If possible, please provide an alternative email address for a resend.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates have expiration dates. By purchasing a gift certificate, you acknowledge the information and agree to book the appointment before your certificate expires AND that you have read and understand the Policies and FAQ pages. No expired certificates will be honored. Coupon codes will be generated for promotions or special circumstances and the coupon code must be entered at booking for the discount to apply.

Appointments and Classes:

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy: Blossoming Lotus Astrology will attempt to contact you via email within 15 minutes into the appointment time, if you do not show up. The 15 minutes will be deducted from the reading time. If a true emergency arises that prevents you from showing up for the appointment, please send an emergency reporting email to radiancereadings@gmail.com.

If you cancel an appointment less than 48 hrs in advance or do not show up for your appointment within the 15 minute grace period, you will be charged the full fee for your scheduled appointment. A new paid appointment will need to be scheduled thereafter.

When an appointment is cancelled 48 hours in advance or more there is no fee charged.

If a session is not preformed or canceled in time, no refunds is provided. Same Day Appointments are charged in full and are NOT refundable.

Recorded Files:

Your session will be recorded on Zoom, and will be retained for 10 days. After 10 days, it will be deleted. Please be sure that you download your file immediately after receiving the Zoom link after our session to ensure you have it to review!
